Dipak Bagia is the principal Director of Group of Companies including Bagia Brothers NZ Limited. Dipak attained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1985 from University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia, and he also a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand – CA from 1989
He has developed many skills by owning and operating his own retail outlets over the past 30 years and working as an Auditor and Financial Controller of a major Accounting firm in Auckland.
Since 1989, he has been involved in retailing throughout New Zealand and he has held franchises with Caltex, NZ Post, Kiwibank and The New Zealand Lotteries Commission all of whom will attest to his professional and committed approach to retailing.
Dipak is also on the Service Station Committee of the Motor Trade Association and heads the financial team for the Northern Region.
Retailing places strong demands on the retailer. It is important that the product mix is right, the service exceptional and the management of staff exact. These are skills learnt in the 24-hour convenience store industry where Dipak is a leading exponent.
Sanjai Bagia

Sanjai Bagia is the Director-Operations of the Group of companies including Bagia Brother NZ Limited. Sanjai attained his Bachelor of Computer Science Degree in 1986 from University of Waikato, New Zealand.
He started his career as an IT professional in Software Engineering and Programming with New Zealand Dairy Board & then Farmers. He was working as the Senior Project Manager and Technical Head of CARINA – Departure Control and Reservations Business System in Air New Zealand, before he joined the Bagia Group as a fulltime director.
He is also holding positions in following boards,
